Review Project Status
You will be notified that the project is ready to review, and will receive an in-app notification and an email (if you have email notifications turned on). The overview on the project also says that the project is ready to review.
When you open a project, in the PREVIEW of a project, you will receive a friendly message that you can leave PINS on a project.
Feedback
There are several methods to submit feedback on a project. You can add Pins and/or “Chat" (communicate) directly with the creative team.
Send it back to DBC's Designer(s) to continue work or approve that a project is complete.
Pins
Pinning is used within the Preview tab to collaborate on designs across team members. With pinning, users can mark up designs, pin notes to specific sections, and comment.
To mark up designs, click on the dropdown at the top right of the screen and switch to Pinning mode.
Add pins by clicking on the design in the area you want to indicate. Clicking will open a small popup with options to comment, adding shapes, and link. With pins, you can mark up specific parts of a design.
Collaborate Directly with the Creative Team
The project Chat tab is a central location for all general project communications. You can include direct project feedback or ask questions. You will receive an email and an in-app notification on any project chat.
