Know what you want? Sketch it
Ni had an idea for her logo. She wanted it to be versatile for all of her different uses, and to use her name in the design.

Digitizing the sketch
I took Ni's sketch and sketched it out in Adobe Illustrator.

Some concepts
I sent Ni's concept back to her, with a few others...

Circles through our head
The second concept I sent Ni incorporated different elements related to the field they were in, but always in a circle.

A Table of Elements
I had another Eureka moment. All of Ni's different brands were elements of her company. I took inspiration from the periodic table and presented this concept.
We chose this one to refine.

The Final Design
We modified the periodic table concept, removing the "atomic number" and elongating the custom Ni I designed (we couldn't fine the perfect font, so I designed it myself)

Interchangable
I love modular logos, but this one is less modular and more interchangeable.

Long words fit too
