It started with an email.

I asked Grace if I could design her wedding invitations. She said yes.

She and David wanted to incorporate their spirit animals, the porcupine and squirrel. I also surprised them, embedding the TriBeCa Bridge into the custom made trees. (The Bridge leads into Stuyvesant High School, where the pair met and fell in love)

Coordinating with the amazing Ron Hansford of Ron Hansford Design I was able to continue the animal theme with the escort cards and table numbers. All the tables were a different North American animal, and guests were able to explore all the tables before scouting their own,

A couple days before the wedding, I realized that I shouldn't just lay the escort cards on the table, I should PRESENT them. I made 20 calls, visited 5 florists, found birch branches and a woodshop to cut them, and voila, these were a big hit!

We had the thank you cards thought up before the wedding, we just needed to get the right picture. Then we chose this picture, and the cards changed dramatically. I'm really proud of how these turned out, and the couple loved it
